Description
Businesses don’t invest in the professional development of staff out of generosity. Instead, they do it to solve problems in the workplace. For example, if someone in the team experiences performance difficulties, then you organise coaching to improve their performance, which will keep your customers and the rest of the team happy. Professional development aims to close the gap between what staff can currently do and what the business expects them to do now and in the future. In this module, you are on a mission to design processes and systems to establish a framework for staff’s professional development, starting from the business’s needs.
