How do I enrol in a course?
To enrol in a course, browse our full range of course, add the course/s you’re interested in to your cart and complete purchase. Once your purchase has been successful, you will receive an email asking you to log in and create an account. Doing this will automatically enrol you in your purchased courses.
How do I access my courses after purchasing?
Once you’ve purchased your chosen course/s, you can access them by logging into your account from the TTA home page. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your personalised home page which is where you’ll be able to access your courses.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your email address, and you’ll receive instructions on how to reset your password.
How do I track my progress in a course?
Your progress is automatically tracked as you complete lessons and quizzes. You can view your progress from the course overview page or your dashboard.
What should I do if a lesson or quiz isn’t loading properly?
If you encounter issues with a lesson or quiz not loading, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser’s cache. If the problem persists, complete the contact form below for assistance.
How do I earn a certificate for completing a course?
Certificates are awarded automatically once you complete all the required lessons and quizzes in a course. You can download your certificate from the course page or your dashboard.
Where can I find and download my certificates?
After earning a certificate, you can find it in the “Certificates” section of your dashboard. From there, you can view and download your certificates as PDFs.
Can I retake quizzes or lessons?
In most cases, you can retake quizzes or review lessons as many times as needed. However, some courses may have restrictions on the number of attempts, which will be specified in the course details.
